Gerry Tucker - Trustee
Gerry is a qualified Chartered Accountant
He is a distinguished finance professional with a robust background in financial leadership across various industries, including mobile payments, technology, and computer games. Gerry has been CFO at AIM Listed companies, startups and scaleups where his strategic financial leadership, business modelling and transformation skills have been instrumental in supporting their fundraising efforts.
Gerry has a personal connection to forests. Reflecting on his time in London, he recalls seeing playing fields turned into housing and discovering the value of woods and forests during the lockdown.
This experience has fuelled his passion for preserving natural spaces, aligning with his role as a Trustee for the Community Forest Trust, where he brings his financial acumen to support the Trust's mission of championing England's Community Forests.
Gerry is a graduate in Economics from Fitzwilliam College, Cambridge University, and a Trustee of the Oliver Cromwell Museum Trust.
