Clare has over 25 years’ experience working in human resources

Clare works to foster inclusive workplace cultures alongside executive leaders, specialising in driving organisational effectiveness through transformative change.

Clare shares a passion for environmental conservation and sustainability, believing firmly in the healing power of nature and its importance in enhancing communities. 

Clare is an active volunteer with a local conservation organisation, and a school governor where outdoor learning is a priority for education as well as emotional wellbeing.

Clare has been a Trustee since July 2024, and has worked in school governance since 2013.
