Angie has spent most of career developing ways to build and improve organisational capability within enterprises of every size and sector. She has partnered with global household names on transformations that literally change the way we work. 

Angie is nimble and skilled at shifting perspective, enjoying the dynamism of start and scale ups landscape where her advisory services help founders build an intentional culture and people centric experience.

Operating as an independent consultant over the last decade she has enabled many teams to engage with new ways of working,

Angie describes her purpose as  ‘ helping develop the leaders and environments we deserve ‘ , she majors in modern leadership and is a Strengths coach.

Angie has had a long and eclectic career which started in organic gardening and now in the last chapter of her career is returning to her first love.

Angie is a passionate advocate for capability building within the Northumberland where she lives and previously set up a successful craft ale enterprise.

She is a volunteer UN Women delegate being passionate about improving inclusion and equity for marginalised people.
